The Engineering Career Services office strives to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for students of all backgrounds to explore their career options and pursue employment that is congruent with who they are and how they identify. Their diversity programs focus on underrepresented groups in STEM, women in engineering, STEM and society, and the Engineers without Borders program provides international programming and workshops. Their main underrepresented groups are Women, Native Americans and Indigenous peoples, BIPOC, Asian and South Asian, Latino and LGBTQI2S+.
