Welland Heritage Council and Multicultural Centre

The Welland Heritage Council and Multicultural Centre assists the various ethnic groups in the City of Welland and surrounding areas of Port Colborne, Pelham, Wainfleet, and Fort Erie (whose location assists Vietnamese newcomers). Services include settlement services, housing, language services, shelters, employment solutions, women entrepreneurship, and youth programs.
