BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres

The BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres (BCAAFC) is the umbrella organization for the Friendship Centres across BC. The BCAAFC administers the Post-Secondary Student Support Program, and a Student Bursary Program, an Indigenous Youth Internship Program. The Employment, Life Skills & Training (ELST) initiative is part of the BCAAFC’s strategy to increase employment and training among Indigenous people. They also provide family resources, supports for elders, service sector training programs, and legal support services.
