Municipality of Lakeshore

Lakeshore is a municipality encompassing Windsor, Ontario within close proximity to the (Michigan) United States border. In addition to post-secondary education institutions, they have a heavy concentration of automotive industry related supply plants and tool and mold shops, as well as a labour force for similar industry in Windsor and region. The Windsor Essex Development Corporation provides regional economic development services for existing and new businesses, and offer business access grants and incentives.
