Canadian Mental Health Association - Sudbury / Manitoulin - Housing Program - Support Services

The Canadian Mental Health Association, Sudbury / Manitoulin – is a community-based human services organization that advocates and supports those with mental health issues. The Supportive Housing Program provides two housing programs: Rent Supplement is a provincially funded service that provides a rent subsidy to individuals who require financial assistance to obtain or maintain suitable housing; and Transitional Community Support is a service that provides short-term support to individuals who are receiving housing services from CMHA and require assistance in sustaining and maintaining their housing.
