Indigenous Works, formerly the Aboriginal Human Resource Council, is a national social enterprise that is ISO 9001 certified. Through their online inclusion training, advisory services, workplace inclusion diagnostics and various other services and products, they help members develop their partnership skills and strategies to forge effective and productive relationships. They help build engagement strategies and prosperous partnerships to increase Indigenous engagement in the economy. They also support the Community for Indigenous Inclusion employer partners. They have a deep understanding of both the corporate world and the Indigenous community, and move seamlessly between both worlds to build trusted partnerships that help close existing cultural gaps. Through their consulting services, workplace inclusion diagnostics and various other services and products, they help companies forge relationships with the Indigenous community to enhance their partnership value, brand value as an employer-of-choice / company-of-choice , and their capacity to access the potential of Canada’s fastest growing, youngest, and most under-leveraged asset – Indigenous people.
