Nelson Investments is a family owned, privately held, investment company based in Vancouver BC. Areas of focus include: Hospitality: Pacific Sands Beach Resort, a 122 unit hotel located in beautiful Tofino, BC and situated on Cox Bay. Rental Apartments: 937 View Street, a 16,000 sqft development site located in Victoria, BC with plans to build 230 rental units. Over the past several years, Nelson Investments has been a part owner and operator of several rental buildings in downtown Vancouver including: 1209 Jervis Street, 1057 Barclay Street, 1133 Barclay Street, 1075 Burnaby Street, 2254 Cornwall Ave., 1104 Haro Street and 1540 Haro Street. Most of these buildings received significant refurbishment investments improving safety, environmental performance and an overall modernization.
