Wendat Community Programs

Wendat Community Programs provide services to adults with severe, persistent mental illness in North-Simcoe Case Management Program. The Case Management Program supports persons aged 16+ with a confirmed diagnosis of serious mental illness who have a high need for support. This may include assistance with budgeting, appropriate housing and managing medical appointments. In addition, ull and part-time employment opportunities exist for persons with mental illness to be hired throughout the organization.
