WorkBC Labour Market Partnerships (LMP)

Labour Market Partnerships (LMP) support organizations to address labour market issues and human resource planning activities. LMP also includes Employer Sponsored Training (EST) which provides eligible employers with financial assistance to support training activities for employees who would otherwise lose their jobs. They identify labour market issues where they conduct research about worker supply, share information about job trends, identify skills gap, training needs and and tools to hire and keep workers.
