Ontario Health is an agency created by the Government of Ontario with a mandate to connect and coordinate Ontario’s health care system. They provide health care services and information that supports the unique needs of Indigenous peoples. They support and promote sustainable improvements in care across Ontario through their quality improvements initiatives. Ontario Health is working together with the Ministry of Health to provide digital and virtual care funding opportunities to Ontario Health Teams (OHTs), and PSW funding support for students. In Development Teams and other eligible health care organizations.
