Diversability Development Organization (DDO)

Diversability Development Organization empowers people with disabilities to access best social, economic and civil services. It facilitates access to resources and tools for inclusion for people with disabilities in varied social, economic, and cultural settings. DDO offers programs like Program design and planning, Pre-project research and needs analysis, Grant writing, Consultation on existing programs, Product development and production management, Product quality assurance, Program initiation and administration, Training material development, Training of trainers, Handover of systems to local teams, Program monitoring and evaluation, and Inclusion assessment for government, commercial and nonprofit sectors. Their Employment and Workability unit offers professional workshops and training sessions to tackle issues that may occur during the hiring and retainment of employees with disabilities.
