Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte (MBQ)

The Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte - Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. tyendinaga, as part of the Mohawk Nation, is a healthy, sustainable Kanyen’kehá:ka community, built on and united by their language, culture, traditions, knowledge, and history. They exercise their rights and responsibilities for the protection of and respect for their people, land, resources, and the environment. Provding community assistance through education and employment services and training. Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte - Economic Development Department has worked with and provided support to businesses within the Community. While this is still a focus, the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte (MBQ) is also looking to attract businesses to the area. This program provides direction to area businesses with regards to funding availability, tobacco quota requirements, and business plan preparation.
