The Pole works on three axes; entrepreneurship, trade and local development in order to positively transform Montréal-Nord and the region. The organization focuses on the socio-economic needs expressed by the community by developing, implementing and supporting inclusive and collective structuring projects by acting on: Mobilization and consultation, Development of skills and entrepreneurship, Commercial and industrial revitalization, and the promotion and enhancement of the territory.
