Consulate General of the Netherlands in Toronto

The Netherlands' Economic Network in Canada works to make an impact and to inform Canadians what the Netherlands/Canada partnership has to offer. Every year the Consulate-General in Toronto organizes outreach activities and events (both public and private) in partnership with numerous local organizations throughout Canada to develop ideas to work together on possible future happenings of business. Mutual partnerships and collaborations to solve global challenges are prominent within agriculture & food, circular innovations, sustainable economic growth, human rights, life sciences & health and water management. Partnership examples include: CETA - a trade agreement between Canada and all the EU countries, including the Netherlands; innovation creating sustainable economic growth; and education and research exchange programs to promote skills building and expansion.
