JCAN (Joint Coalition of Addressing Needs) - old name: Jamaican Canadian Association of Nurses

JCAN is committed to improving healthcare in impoverished communities in Canada and Jamaica. JCAN strives to bridge the gaps in health inequities by providing funding, public education, and access to health services that will empower impoverished communities to improve their health status in Jamaica and Canada. JCAN is investing in the future of nursing by supporting nursing students in Jamaica and Canada. Additionally, they have expanded their efforts to support Black and underserved communities.
