Sapotaweyak Cree Nation

Sapotaweyak Cree Nation is located in West-Central Manitoba. In addition to the new school, the community has several organizations in operation including the SCN Band Office, SCN Health Centre, Northern Convenience Store & Gas Bar, Bertha Gott Daycare Centre, SCN Arena Complex, SCN Community Centre, SCN Loonie Bin, and the 96.9 FM Radio Station broadcasting both NCI-FM and daily local programming. The community also has many small home based businesses that sell beadwork, sweetgrass braids and traditional moccasins.
