Halifax Refugee Clinic

The Halifax Refugee Clinic provides for those claiming refugee status in Nova Scotia. They ensure that refugees are given a fair opportunity to present their cases before the immigration and Refugee Board; and that throughout the process, the rights and the integrity of the refugees are fully respected. Halifax Refugee Services provides education, legal and settlement services to refugee claimants who are unable to afford a private lawyer.
