Welcome Centre Immigrant Services supports immigrants in Durham and York Regions providing a broad range of cross-sector services and expertise to immigrants/newcomers under. Newcomers can access employment services and training opportunities to upskill from resume writing, developing job research tools, information on workplace practices and individualized workshops. They offer Settlement Services, Employment Supports, Accreditation Qualification and Information Services (AQIS), Language Interpretation Supports, E-Learning Language Classes, and Enhanced Language Training.
