Nunatsiavut Government

At the operational level, the departments of the Nunatsiavut Government must enforce the laws of Nunatsiavut and turn policy direction from the Nunatsiavut Assembly into programs and services tailored to serve Labrador Inuit and their residents. There is a range of scholarships offered by the government as well as a range of non-academic supports for students pursuing post-secondary education. The government is developing a new annually conducted skills training program. The Nunatsiavut government also operates extensive business support services and promotes opportunities for mentorship.
