Centre For Indigenous Innovation & Technology

The Centre for Indigenous Innovation and Technology (CIIT) was created in response to the underrepresentation of Indigenous peoples in the technology and innovation sectors in Canada. CIIT provides programming in technology training, increases Indigenous representation in the tech industry in Canada, and promotes problems solving using technology with an Indigenous lens. The Centre works with public, private, and academic organizations to bridge the technological and social divides in the Indigenous community.
