Health Bound Health Network is an accredited, multidisciplinary clinic and resource center. They offer various healthcare programs such as multidisciplinary rehabilitation services, hospital discharge planning, and case management for patients with serious injuries. Their Health Bounds programs and services are for everyone – individuals, community, corporate and government entities, hospitals, and physicians; and they participate in multidisciplary research.
