The Adventure Group

The Adverture Group supports clients to break free from abusive relationships, situations of codependency, addictions and generational connection to financial assistance and child protection services. Their The R.O.P.E.S Program, or Rite of Passage Experience offers participants an adventure experience that requires them to develop team skills such as effective communication, problem solving, trust building, leadership, and cooperative learning. This course could either be a stand-alone program or part of a larger professional development retreat, personal growth program, or team building workshop. Their Prosper Program supports work ready individuals who are currently unemployed or underemployed to transition into the workforce, specifically in sectors that are experiencing labour shortages. The Prosper Program provides 2 intakes of a 10 week skills development component to equip the individuals with the skills needed to obtain employment.
