Gender Equality Coalition of Ontario's goal is to bring awareness and empower gender equality by balancing the economic, political, social and employment conditions for gender equality in Canada. Their WomXn in Tech Program includes: Six weeks of technology and digital skills training, two weeks of mental wellness and employability support, and three months post-hire employment coaching.
