About
LiftOff Black Innovation Hub is a Black-led business incubator and accelerator program for early-stage and growth entrepreneurs in the Waterloo Region and Wellington County, Ontario. The 12-month program, created by the Caribbean Canadian Association of Waterloo Region (CCAWR) in partnership with local institutions, provides customized one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and networking to help Black entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale their businesses. It is funded by the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) and is designed to address systemic barriers by supporting businesses from initial ideation through to growth and scaling phases.
