Sherbourne Health

Sherbourne Health is a provider of integrated health services, community programs and capacity-building initiatives that enable people and diverse communities to achieve wellness. In addition to providing primary care, Sherbourne Health offers mental health services in both individual and group settings, outreach support, complementary care (chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy), and chronic illness management services. They offer specialized services for newcomers, urban residents, and primary healthcare programs and services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, two-spirited, intersex, queer or questioning individuals.
