Qulliit Nunavut Status of Women Council

Qulliit is an advisory Council of women appointed by the Minister of Nunavut Status of Women. The Council supports changes to issues affecting women, in Education, Health, Justice, Economic Development, Housing, Employment, Leadership, and Culture. They advocate for women by developing public awareness of issues affecting the status of women; promoting change in attitudes within the community; and encouraging discussion and expression of opinion on issues affecting the status of women.
