30% Club Canada

30% Club Canada is a business campaign that aims to achieve better gender balance and boost the number of women in board seats and executive leadership of companies. It is comprised of 1,000 board chairs and CEOs across more than 20 countries that have already signed up as members to deliver at least 30% female representation at both levels. In addition to their membership program, they provide investor groups and scholarships. It also collaborates with the Investor Group, a group of asset owners and asset managers committed to exercising their ownership rights to encourage increased representation of women on corporate boards and in executive management positions.
