VITA Community Services Mens Sana

VITA Mens Sana is a not-for-profit charitable agency encompassing two organizations. They provide specialized services to help and support adults with developmental disabilities, dual diagnosis, and chronic mental illness in their community. They blend the strengths and expertise of both organizations to deliver member-focused services and innovative practices that optimize personal growth such as residential supports, clinical and referral services, and day services for adults with chronic mental illness.
