Carlington Community Health Centre

help individuals take control of their personal health while working to improve the overall health and well-being of our community. Our Centre provides a wide range of support such like primary health care, mental health, and addiction, empowering youth, combatting homelessness, food insecurity and more. These services are delivered through workshops, drop-ins, support groups, community meetings, training, outreach, counselling, and education programs. In addition to our main office, we provide services at outreach locations including: Bellevue, Carleton Heights, and Scott Hill/Van Lang.
