Stella’s Place

Stella’s Place is a place for young adults in Toronto, aged 16 to 29, who are experiencing mental health challenges to get the support they need. The Stella’s Place services include peer support, clinical services, employment support, wellness, art, and recovery programs. They work to help young adults learn skills, build community and be empowered to manage their own mental health. Their Community Healing Project (CHP) engages young people ages 18 to 29 who live in, work in, or are connected with one of the communities that the project is working with.
