Adecco offers several programs that connect clients and job seekers. Their Way to Work program is designed to help ambitious young professionals launch promising careers. Win4Youth is one of Adecco Group’s global programs. It encourages colleagues to participate in athletic events—from runs to races to swims to triathlons—and raise funds for children and young people in difficult situations. Their Aspire Academy offers free access to learning programs so their clients can secure better jobs, better wages, and better future. The Academy offers foundational skills courses like Career Readiness (English and Spanish), Digital Literacy, Industrial Safety (English and Spanish), Interpersonal Communication, Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Suite, Personal Finance, and Stress and Time Management. The Academy also offers introductory career courses and advanced career courses.
