Change it Up provides hands-on workshops to help people understand their worth, their motivation, where they want to go and how they might get there. It recognizes that individuals with multiple barriers and limited support networks often need additional assistance to build inner resources and foundational skills before they can be successful in further training and employment. Additionally, they offer entrepreneurship programs, build social enterprises, and offer programs in trades.
