The Quartier de l'emploi, an employment counseling center, brings together two corporations under the same roof: COFFRE (1982) and Droit à l'emploi (1989). Together, these two non-profit organizations have accumulated numerous achievements over the years that have contributed to the economic growth of Haut-Richelieu.
