Our Place Peel

Our Place Peel is a registered non-profit that provides shelter and support for at-risk and homeless youth in the Region of Peel. Our Place Peel provides counselling, outreach programs, resources, and an emergency youth shelter. Our Place Peel Emergency Youth Shelter assists with transitional housing for youth in crisis (ages 16-24). The "Refresh Your Skills Program" is a comprehensive cognitive-behavioural training intervention. This program provides psycho-educational learning where youth will examine how they think, develop more effective skills, and use these skills in their daily lives. This program is delivered through virtual group work, and cycles a few times throughout the year.
