Realize Your Potential

Realize Your Potential Youth Program is a mentoring and education program for descendants of the Black diaspora ages 8-24. The organization offers various youth programs for young Black leaders to provide the tools to excel in the current Canadian and international labour market. Programs are designed to address social inclusion barriers in employment, education, and the broader social context.
