Option Femmes

Founded in 1980, Option Femmes is a regional organization that aims for the autonomy of women and the development of the female workforce through support services at the personal and professional levels. Option Femmes has a feminist approach both in its intervention and in the management of its organization. This philosophy translates into the economic autonomy of women, the enhancement of their potential, empowerment, fair opportunities, freedom of choice and social justice. Our organization welcomes a plurality of women. This diversity is expressed by different faces, whether by age, ethnic origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, level of education, social class or physical condition.
