The Smart Woman

The Smart Woman helps women with the tools to overcome the challenges of networking and overcome barriers to advancement. They partner with Governments, For-Profit and Non-for-Profit organizations in the areas of gender analysis and mainstreaming, strategic planning, policy analysis and program development, monitoring and evaluation, training and capacity building. They also use the Gender Based Analysis Plus method and their approach is fully aligned with Canada’s Feminist International Assistance Strategy (FIAP). The focus on four key areas: leadership potential, strategic networking, personal branding, and effective positioning. Their signature program "The Stand Out Program" combines live training and guided self-study. It focuses on developing skills in putting together an action plan, creating a professional image, and leadership skills.
