The Virtual Gurus

Virtual Gurus is a talent marketplace that leverages proprietary technology to match organizations with highly skilled Canadian and American virtual assistants. The virtual assistants assigned by Virtual Gurus provide the same administrative support as a personal assistant, executive assistant or other office personnel, but rather than an assistant who works in person they are virtually based. Virtual Gurus focuses on providing employment opportunities to individuals from historically underrepresented backgrounds. Virtual Gurus was founded by Indigenous entrepreneur Bobbi Racette in order to create more jobs for under-represented groups and foster an inclusivity-based virtual assistant community. These groups also include stay-at-home or single parents, Indigenous peoples who live in remote communities, people living with alternate abilities and members of the LGBTQ2+ community. The Virtual Gurus Academy is North America’s largest virtual assistant training platform, t offers courses led by industry leaders and expert instructors.
