Institute of Corporate Directors

Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is a non-profit member-based organization. The ICD is the voice of Canadian directors and their boards. The ICD provides various programs and services such as ICD Board Fundamentals, Director Effectiveness, and Issues Oversight. ICD strives to make an impact by their continuous efforts in climate change by their World Economic Forum’s Climate Governance Initiative.
