1-DEGREE/Shift aims to advance work places through co-creating conscious work cultures by collaborating with individuals and groups to realize their desired shifts towards healthier workplaces. They do this through startegy mapping, assessing organizational culture, team organization, fractional HR coaching and intercative workshops.
