Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy

CBAL's purpose is to promote literacy and lifelong learning throughout the Columbia Basin and Boundary by educating the public about the importance of literacy and by supporting local community actions related to literacy. It partners with community organizations to develop, deliver and promote programs and services to help citizens of all ages improve their literacy skills and engage in lifelong learning.​
