Breakaway

Breakaway Addiction Services provides harm reduction services and a full range of addiction treatment services that are amenable to an individual’s needs and goals. Its services are offered through community-based facilities with a focus on street and community outreach. Breakaway has been providing support and clinical guidance to Pieces to Pathways, a program by and for members of the LGBTQ community who are seeking help with substance-related issues. It also offers focused support for youth, families and older persons.
