Kingston Literacy and Skills - Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)

Kingston Literacy & Skills (KL&S) strives to create a world where everyone has the literacy and skills to achieve their full potential through access to education and employment, increased independence and community participation. They are a non-profit community organization composed of professional staff and dedicated volunteers who deliver upgrading and workforce preparation programming to adults and families in Kingston and surrounding communities.
