he ELITE Program for Black Youth, founded in 2020, provides experiential learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship. It connects Black youth with universities, industries, and research institutions to gain hands-on training and mentorship. The program aims to build skills, increase representation in STEM fields, and support career development through internships and professional networking.
