The Prairie Arctic Regional Council (PARC) operates offices and training centers in Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon that provide the most up-to-date safety and skills training to PARC's members. PARC runs the Carpenters International Training Centre which was designed and constructed to develop and improve the skills of members and offers various leadership programs.
