Canadian Council for Refugees (CCR)

The Canadian Council for Refugees is a national non-profit umbrella organization committed to the rights and protection of refugees and other vulnerable migrants in Canada and around the world and to the settlement of refugees and immigrants in Canada. The membership is made up of organizations involved in the settlement, sponsorship and protection of refugees and immigrants. Working Group on Immigration and Settlement provides a forum to exchange information, network and develop policy positions on all issues related to the settlement and integration of refugees, immigrants and other migrants in Canada. The Youth Network seeks to center and amplify the voices of refugee and newcomer youth in programs, settlement organizations, and policy.
