About

Centretown Community Health Centre LGBTQ+ and Trans Program is a primary health care team that provides programs meant to support the unique needs of Trans and LGBTQ+ persons. These programs are targeted at specific parts of the LGBTQ+ and Trans community, such as Trans persons going through gender transition or newcomer LGBTQ+ women and femme-identifying persons and others. Part of the services offered includes primary medical care for the specific needs of the LGBTQ+ and Trans community.
