Aspire Programs (ASPIRE)

ASPIRE programs is a program offered at the Muslim Food Bank. ASPIRE: Actuatlizing Self-Reliance by Providing Inspiration, Resources and Education. The ASPIRE Community Case Management program is specifically designed to offer much-needed support and counselling to anyone who is struggling in their life. They provide mentorship for mental well-being and essential supports, youth development and capacity building. The centre also offers knowledge and skills development, advocacy, and community outreach.
