Ability New Brunswick

Ability New Brunswick's mission is to empower the independence and full community participation of persons throughout New Brunswick who have a mobility disability. They offer services in rehabilitation counselling, which include medical services, accessible housing, job search and accessible transportation. Their Transition NB program for youth provides a Transition Planner that helps to: develop a plan; identify careers options & find jobs; research employers & the job market; develop a resume, cover letter, portfolio, & prepare for interviews; find accessible, affordable housing & transportation; and connect with specialists to secure equipment, technology, assistive devices, educational assistants, tutors and/or note taker.
