Calgary John Howard Society (CJHS)

The Calgary John Howard Society (CJHS) is a charity that helps youth and adults make positive changes and move away from criminal behaviour. They address the root causes of crime by providing education, employment programs, housing and support so individuals have alternatives to breaking the law. They also offer a mentoring program for Indigenous Youth where Elders will teach them about Indigenous cultures, crafting, tradition, language lessons and ceremonies.
